Sounds like since the customer refused Midmark's assistance, they just provided the part number for it to be ordered.

10/6/25 RCook- Spoke with Renee and asked if she had received parts from Midmark. She states she does not know how the parts were ordered. She is checking with her supply dept to determine if they have ordered the part. I have reached out to DNakoff with assistance with this WO since this equipment is under warranty. Also stated that their M9 needs repair. Sent email to dispatch for WO request.
