12/23/2025 LHill-spoke with Elena Breshears at 208-701-7414. She confirmed that we could start beginning on Jan 5th. Tech will arrive around 11:00 on Jan 5th.  He will do what he can at Pocatello till end of day. If needed he will return on Tuesday to finish up then head to Idaho Falls and then on to St. Anthony.

12/19/2025 LHill-Spoke with Elena Breshears and advised that I was working on a route for tech to hit Pocatello, St. Anthony and Idaho Falls and do all at the same time he is out there. She is good with that. I advised I would call her back next week to give her dates. She said tech will need to fill out a form when he arrives. Will need to leave phone in car. Also, there is a lot of construction going on from Pocatello to St. Anthony-taking about 1 1/2 hours to get there. Background check will not be needed since he goes by Julius Brackett.

12/18/2025 LHill-LM at 208-236-6360 for Natalie Snow trying to schedule tech visit. She is out of the office till Jan. 5th. Operator is sending me over to a manager to help get this scheduled. spoke with Elaina Breshears at 208-701-7414. Her and Natalie Snow is over Pocatello, St. Anthony and Idaho Falls locations. Background check is needed for tech. She advised that Julius Bracket already has background check done. I told her I would find out if Julius Brackett and Michah Brackett is the same person and will call her back. If different person then background check will be needed.
