🔧Work Performed
No service performed to this chair. Chair was in use at the time of the service call. Customer advised that they will place a part order if needed. Additionally, I demonstrated to the staff how to properly install the strap (with the Tri-slides) to ensure they were comfortable doing it themselves (if needed).
🔍Technician Findings
Upon arrival, I found that this unit was not available. Upon consulting with the on duty crew, I was told that this chair was in use and did not need a new ankle strap. I confirmed with them (twice) that they did not want me to leave them the ankle strap.
