Per Email from Mary - Yes, staff will be at Hancock Middle School on 11/11. Tech will start there (WO-01307834).

Arrival instructions: Please have tech call #228-385-7405 upon arrival and someone will meet them at the front of school and assist them inside. From there, their nurse will accompany tech to each location afterwards.

Received email back from POC Mary requesting to schedule all 4 sites on Tuesday, 11/11 and that the sites will be avail. from 7:30AM-4PM.

I sent email back to Mary confirming we can schedule for 11/11 but due to tech arrival time being between 9:30AM-11AM, we may not have enough time to complete ALL services by 4PM and will reschedule accordingly if needed.

Also asked Mary to confirm that tech will have access to all sites since it will be a federal holiday (Veteran's Day).
