The scale in room 8 and smart bed in room 5 are not working properly. The bed is not giving the weight and needs to be recalibrated. In room 8 the scale is way off.

11/26 SRogers: Updating to reschedule - attempted to return in the afternoon with the weights, but site was closed. Second travel to site on 11/26 will be Non-billable.

🔧Work Performed
Checked leveler on chair and they were in the correct position.Checked conections to scale PC board and main board and found none loose.Called Midmark tech suport and troubleshooted with them.It was determined that a faulty Scale PC board is the problem.Recommend a replacement of the scale board (9002-10084-00)
Verified scale (asset number 13117093)(SN 5003023 246712)weight using a calibrated weight.Verified at scale location and moved scale to a different location and verified at both sites.

12/5/2025
Performed calibration on scale 1317093 and scale will not calibrate.Recommend replacement.
Staff asked me to calibrate another scale (13172590) 5003023 246652.Performed calibration and verified weight
