12/24/25 AJinerson - Called Roxanne to confirm scheduling tech visit for Friday, 12/26 with eta between 9am-11am. (reassigning tech). 

POC onsite: Roxanne Swider

Arrival instructions: Roxanne confirmed she has the parts. 


12/24/25 AJinerson - Call logged on Parent WO-01328018. Called to let them know Midmark shipping parts and we will follow up to call and schedule once we have ETA on parts. Spoke with Roxanne who informed me that they actually had a tech scheduled for WO-01308115 to be onsite yesterday, 12/23 between 8am-10am but tech did not show up. Site closes at 12pm today, but they reopen on Friday, 12/26. 


12/19 KKelch called Roxanne to schedule for 12/23 between 8 and 10 am. Customer confirmed.

12/8 APage ~ Reached out to them to touch base on if they've gotten authorization for the part seeing it is $280 they said they would call me back when they would get approval. It's been 3 or 4 days haven't heard back so I sent a email

10/10 APage: 2 previous repairs ran longer than the 1hr time frame allocated for each job. by the time I finished the last repair i still had a 1.75 hrs drive so they would of been closed. I called customer explaining situation to see if they could reschedule. I already know that the issue is the motor for the opener (when dry/vent the door wont pop open)

10/7/2025 CRamen spoke with Roxanne and scheduled for Friday 10/10/2025 with tech arrival between 1-3pm. Facility closes for lunch and back at 1:30pm and closes at 6pm

🔧 Work Performed
12/26APage -After testing the door motor via diagnostics mode to ensure it was just the door. I replaced the door motor as welll as how I did a new set of door spring for the bottom corner of door (they had a extra set and the other ones were a bit bent) - I continue to activate the door motor and test door while in the diagnostic mode activated.. and it was working perfectly how it should after every cycle -I called the customer to come take a look and watch to get their approval and after getting their approval, I started to pack up and fill out FSR document and get them to sign it
