10/09/2025 LHill-Called 510-222-9966 and spoke with Crystal. She confirmed 10/13 with tech arrival between 12-2. No special requirements to gain access to the facilty or equipment. She will be the point of contact on scheduled date if needed.


10/7 KHardison, spoke to Crystal regarding WO. Advised that a coordinator will call for scheduling.

🔧 Work Performed
10/13 Inspected the air hoses and fittings on the unit and found that the air hose from the pressure switch, located in the bottom compartment, was disconnected. The plastic sleeve inside the hose nut appeared widened, likely causing the hose to come loose. Contacted Midmark Technical Support to report the issue, and they advised that a replacement air hose fitting nut and sleeve will be sent to the customer. In the meantime, I reconnected the hose; however, the connection is not fully secure and may come loose again. Function tested the unit and confirmed it is operating properly. Informed the customer that the replacement part will be shipped by Midmark, but the unit can remain in use until the new part is installed. 10/27 Replaced the connector along with the air hose fitting nut and sleeve supplied by Midmark (Part #014-0689-00). The air hose from the pressure switch is now securely fastened. Performed pressure stability testing and confirmed no air leaks. Verified all operational functions; the unit is operating normally.

10/13 Confirmed that the unit has an air leak and is unable to maintain air pressure. 10/27 Customer led me to Mobile Dental Unit that needs to be repaired and gave me parts shipped by Midmark. 10/27
