10/07/2025 SRobinson- Called Jessica Rodriguez, 1(323) 914-0489. Spoke with Jessica and gave her the WO# and advised a coordinator will be reaching out to schedule. 

🔧 Work Performed
Arrived on site and checked in at front desk to allow access to the back area. Found unit in low position but no movement so began by removing al shrouds from table. Once all shrouds removed manually raised table to allow fro troubleshooting. After testing and diagnosing issue determined new limit switch needed. Called midmark and placed order for part. 10/20 Arrived on site checked in with front desk. Was escorted to the back where unit located. With table down i removed all shrouds for unit and manually raised table. Once raised was able to remove both limit switch for both up and down. Tested table and confirmed proper function. Reassembled table and provided customer with function test as well. Unit returned to service
