Technician Findings
Found the pump failing the pump leak rate test and failing the system pressure test at the pump outlet (test aborted because the pump did not reach the pressure limit). The pump seals had been replaced earlier the same day under PM SO 6007994105, and both tests had passed at that time, so a pump seal issue was not suspected. Removed the waste line fitting from port 5 of the multipurpose valve and observed a leak there during the pressure test. Replaced the multipurpose valve rotor seal with a like-for-like part. Subsequently, ran the pump leak rate test and system pressure test at the pump outlet, and both passed. Reference SO 6007994105 for test results.
