must obtain the serial number(s) and call Midmark Tech Service with the number(s). If part(s) are identified after speaking with
Midmark Tech Service, the Service Company Tech must contact the POC for authorization before ordering. Once approved,
notify Midmark immediately. If more time is needed for the customer’s decision to proceed, inform Midmark Dispatch at
937.688.9175 or dispatch@midmark.com. For assistance, troubleshooting, or parts identification, contact Veterinary Tech

10/24/2025 CRamen spoke with Karen and she requested Friday 10/31/2025 with arrival between 8-10am.
10/16/2025 - VNyathi - Reschedule - Contacted the customer to inform them that I would not be able to arrive on time and requested to reschedule. The customer agreed. I needed to complete Work Order WO-01305748 first.
10/13/2025 CRamen Karen returned call and scheduled for Thursday 10/16/2025 around 3-4pm. Facility closes at 5
10/13/2025 CRamen spoke with Baily and she said Karen wasnt in today and would need to call tomorrow. Let Baily know that tech is unable to make it today for repair and needs to re-schedule. Baily said only Mondays and Fridays work but need to talk to Karen.

🔧Work Performed
Repair - Heating control output voltage exceeds standard limits at all operating levels (low, medium, and high)
Midmark Tech Support confirmed the heating control module is faulty; customer approved replacement order.
11/10 -VN - Replaced the heating control module, and tested the unit. Unit working as intended

Heating element wire connecting to heating control burnt
