🔧 Work Performed
Tech started by running an unwrapped cycle. During the cycle, tech noticed that the temperature would climb and continue to climb to 203 and stay there for about 10 minutes but the pressure would not build, it would stay at 0.1PSI. Tech had no smoke but steam coming from al around the front door. Tech also had water coming from the front of the unit. After 10 minutes, the unit still had no error codes and was still running. Tech then noticed that the temperature started to climb to about 275, and then the unit errored out, with error code C573. Tech tested the temperature sensor and was an out of range of about 5 Ohms. Tech also tested to see if the board was fine, which it was. Tech would need to order a temperature sensor. Tech showed the practice manager, Jennifer, and she approved the part and second trip. Unit will be OOS, until new sensor is installed. 11-06-2025 Replaced temp sensor and tested unit with client.
