10/21 NatoshaB Rec'd call from Sondy wondering how long tech would be as he hadn't heard anything from him and it's past the appt. time. Called Chris who said he had gone to the address on the WO and was told the van is at a different location (unclear where) but he was on his way as of 3:10 PM ET. Called Sondy back to confirm tech is enroute w/ETA of ~24 mins and he said that was fine.


10/15/2025 LHill-Called (718) 971-4084 and spoke to Sondy. He confirmed that 10/21 between 1-3 was fine for him for tech to come out.
