🔧Work Performed
10/28/2025 Curtis Sprague: Met with Julian onsite and he took me to unit.
Customer stated that they had red line on top of screen, and unit had high gain warning. I couldn't duplicate the high gain, however, Agilent sent the customer a new spec tube so I replaced it.
After the unit was put back together, I started getting numbers and the gain was at 1.0. Unit was functioning as it should, however, the customer didn't like the numbers on the unit. After calibration, I kept getting consistent 2.4E-09. I informed the customer that in order to get the numbers that he was looking for, we'd need to set back to factory settings. The customer did not want to go back to factory settings. I told him that the unit is functioning as it should and the best approach would be to talk to George at Agilent as he is the foremost authority on getting exactly what the customer wants out of the units. Customer agreed that they wanted to take that approach and was going to get in touch with George.
