12/19 SKLEIN - Allan screw stripped out when replacing wires. Will need a replacement set of the DD45 Headphones to complete the repair. Due to already a long wait time, this part will NOT be charged to customer.
Headphones received into depot. Was able to duplicate issue. Was able to pass the hearing test calibration, but was not able to pass the electrical calibration test. Was not able to hear a reading in the test indicating that the issue lies in the headphone cable. Unit was already quoted for a new cable. Ordering new cable and once new cable has been received, will continue testing on audiometer.
