10/17/2025 CRamen spoke with Kaitlin and scheduled for Monday 10/20/2025 CRamen with tech arrival between 11-1pm. Unit is burning packs. I did some support with her as they are desperate to insure new gasket weld is at 3:00, Door spring snug at 5:00, Distilled water at good levels and filters and interior are cleaned.

repair completed as below checked temp sensor and power at board for temp sensor. both ok called midmark. time needed for trouble shooting found seal to be loose and trays not pushed in all the way ran cycle x2 unit working as intended and placed back into service
