10/28/2025 CRamen Russ called 317-632-0123 ext 172 and asked about repair. Told him Vincent was out yesterday for an M11 repair but to date no parts have been shipped for the 626 chair.
10/15/2025 CRamen spoke with Ross and scheduled for Monday 10/20/2025 with tech arrival between 8-10am. Ross is the contact on day of service and can be contacted upon arrival 317-632-0123 ext 172. Vincent on PTO. Franco is next closest.

20oct2025 fjackson tried pairing remote, unable to to, took remote and paired with another chair so not issue with remote, called midmark and determined wirless card will need replaced,
11/06/25 - VN - installed base station pc board, paired the wireless hand control to the base station pc board. Position calibrated the chair.
