Provided tech's name and asked for them to provide us with any further arrival instructions and on-site contact.
12/3/25 AJinerson - Received email back from Purchasing Team and added in POC onsite - Shondai Patterson.
Per Shondai Patterson: Any day/time during week of 1/5-1/9 works for them.
Received follow up email from POC Lizette Soto: Please provide name of tech, they will need to register them access to the building. Tech will need to bring Driver's License in on-site as well.
12/3/25 AJinerson - Received email FWD from Purchasing Team asking if this has been scheduled yet. Responded back to email offering to schedule week of 1/5 - 1/9.
11/24/25 AJinerson - Per chatter w/ ASM: Schedule this one for Jan. 2026.
11/21/25 AJinerson - Site already had service this year in Jan. 2025 per WO-01224441. SLA is currently showing Dec. 2025 which would be 2 services in the year of 2025.

I have carried out the electrical safety inspection and calibration verification for the assigned and listed biomedical equipment with prior authorization. The inspected equipment passed all tests and the results were recorded in the EBT System. Those units that were not found or were not included in the authorization list were archived.
