10/21/25 SReich - Left a vm, gave her the WO # and told her someone would be reaching out to schedule.  

🔧 Work Performed
10/24/25-EColon- Arrived on-site, checked in with POC. Checked gasket and found water in between damn gasket and housing. Cleaned gasket and ran unwrapped cycle without tray or instruments in unit. Did not see any leaks during. Checked history, dry cycle was not completed during one of the most recent cycles. This could have caused water to remain in gasket causing leak. Ran cycle with wrapped instruments in unit, no leaks during cycle until door opened during drying cycle. Called tech support and found out that this was normal. Informed customer on leaks that may occur during drying cycle and also to ensure they complete dry cycle. Unit fully functional. Repair complete
