@David Carvalho and @Bradley Knudson It looks like Marcus moved forward with this work without obtaining an SOA. Requiring an SOA is one of the primary stop gates to eliminate the risk of (a) techs being sent to job sites before all the details of the work have been confirmed (b) reduce the LOE required to submit invoices and receive payment.
@David Carvalho Could you please check Marcus' email to see what's there regarding the Retina Surgery Center project completed on 10/24?

@David Carvalho @Robert Ingraham Hey guys I'm not sure who would handle this. Wyatt added a 2nd Installation charge line on this WO. It should have been a standard labor line since the Installation line was already entered. The timesheet is locked so I can't correct it. Could you open his timesheet and make this correction please?
