🔧Work Performed
10/31/2025 Chelsea stated "Tune looks better but N2 and O2 are above the limit" I returned to the site, looked for the leak and it was found by the calibration valve knob. System was vented and the o-ring was replaced, system was vented and stabilized for some times. AUtotune passed the specification for the site.
10/30/2025 Analyzer was moved to the right site plate, MS was pumped down and stabilized for some time, Autotuned looked on but 502 peak shape was bad. MS was vented and since it was opened for a week, the ion source was cleaned. System was pumped down and stabilized for some time, H2O and N2 are high, MS will be conditioned over night and air and water check and tune will be done on 10/31
10/27/25 When ordering analyzer an error was shown in SM, after asking to the afo group , new part number was order, it didn't have all the pins to install the analyzer. System under observation
10/24/2025 Dry pump installed, still side plate is not closing. New side plate was ordered.
