Inspected chair found damaged power cord, I was able to use a different cord to test the chair, found small dent in shroud but nothing that would cause any issue, found no other issue. Informed customer that could not use that power cord it would have to be OEM, asked if they wanted me to order them a new one, they said they would take care of it.
