🔧 Work Performed
10/30/25 Verified that the foot pedal intermittently sticks. This is a known issue on these Dentalaire units and requires a foot pedal rebuild kit to restore proper function. Contacted Dentalaire and confirmed the rebuild kit part number is A10-1226, priced at $35. 1/09/26 After mounting the dental unit, I confirmed the foot pedal was sticking. Installed the foot pedal rebuild kit and retested the pedal, which is now functioning properly without sticking. Tested all handpieces and verified they are working properly. Customer requested that the repaired unit remain mounted.
🔍 Technician Findings
10/30/25 Arrived onsite and evaluated the reported dental unit issue. Identified the unit as a Dentalaire, Model DTP00603, SN A14410, Asset #12945084. 1/09/26 Arrived on site to complete the repair. Customer advised they had unmounted the dental unit after receiving a working unit from another site. Mounted the unit to be repaired back onto the dental table arm.
