10/24/25 RCook- Spoke with Brandi, offered to schedule for 10/30. She states this date does not work as their tech will not be onsite. Offered 10/31 she states that date does not work either. She said the next week might be best. Scheduled for 11/3/25 with an arrival time of 9AM. Reassigned to Chris Galasso as he is closest and available this date.
