🔧 Work Performed
I arrived on location and found said unit. Customer Robin told me that she feels there is nothing wrong with the cot but would like me to evaluate the unit to see if I can find any problems. The crew when putting in the request for service they were referring to the rail assembly in truck and not the cot. I then took the cot and inspected all the hoses and harness and buttons and head assembly and found no problems with the cot. I then loaded the cot in and out of the truck several times and the carriage on the unit was working to manufactures specifications. I did tighten and adjusted necessary hardware and lubricated the cot tot manifactures speciication. I found the cot at the time in good working condition and placed back in service. Note that there is no travel was on site for another cot for repair. Not parts that was sent for this cot did not use and placed in truck stock
