10/27/25 SReich - First phone call got a busy signal. Second try went to vm and they phone could not accept messages. Sending an email.

11/4 Jason - Repair Complete - Confirmed steam releasing near display and temp not getting above about 220 degrees. Contacted Midmark for guidance. They had me take the air valve apart and clean it then try again. Once done, ran 2 full cycles with no further issues. Customer stated machine would not finish cycles at all prior to service. Placed unit back into service.
