12/18/25 AJinerson - Discussed w/ tech sup MF, we are using this WO to place tech's TR for this week. This site is only scheduled for 12/23, but we have to have the event go through 12/24 since TR will be attached to this WO.

12/8/25 AJinerson - Called Kelsey back to follow up and schedule tech visit. Kelsey confirmed with George Smith that we do need to service this. 

Confirmed scheduling tech visit for Tuesday, 12/23 with arrival between 8am-10am. 

Onsite contact: Kelsey Stokes

Arrival instructions: Tech check in at front desk and fill out visitor form. 

Kelsey should be there by 8am, but if she is not there when tech arrives, tech can call her at: 954-477-1481


12/8/25 AJinerson - Reassigning tech to avail. tech covering HCP in this area while local tech on PTO. 


11/6/25 AJinerson - Per Chatter w/ ASM - proceed with scheduling. ASM confirmed EMSAR does still service this site. Per ASM:

George Smith advised Kelsey that EMSAR is the one servicing this site. Please reach back out to schedule and if she has questions, please refer her back to George, Director of Facilities!

11/5/25 AJinerson - Called site to schedule tech visit for annual inspection service. Spoke with Kelsey who said she's never heard of EMSAR and they have another company "PACE" service their medical inspections/repair services. 

I informed her that we serviced the last 2 inspections at this site but she said they have Pace do it.
