Please describe the issue you are experiencing - All 3 of our vitals machines seem to have a mind of their own. Inaccurate vitals readings for heart rate specifically. We'll have pets connected with normal rate, yet machine shows them over 300bpm. Then there's time they aren't hooked up to any pet or anything and it's producing readings. The leads likely need replaced, but cannot find compatible parts. We also need a new line for the CO2 reader portion as right where the plastic tubing connects to white plastic attachment is partially broken. Due the age of the machines, having a hard time finding parts to replace.
**please note the V9203 is end of support as of 2022 by the MFG, all attempts will be made to repair device but parts availability are limited***
If unable to repaired - 1hr Eval and freight per unit will be billed.
These units will need to be shipped to our repair depot for services to be completed.
Replace Internal batteries due to age, Eval, Repair, and PM. Will need to requote if additional parts are needed

Was able to duplicate issues with CO2. Unit needed new exhaust hose that plugs back into unit. After replacing new hose, tested CO2 Function and function is working correctly. Tested out EKG, NiBP, and SpO2 all tests passed other than SpO2 which is reading -5 below tolerance. Unit will need to be requoted for a new SpO2 sensor.
