10/29/25 SReich - Left a vm, gave him the WO # and told him someone would be reaching out to schedule.  

🔧 Work Performed
Pulled sides off of unit. Reseated door gasket. Called Brian at tech support at Midmark. He told me that it was probably a door gaskeft. Reseated door gasket and ran the unit through four cycles. There was no more steam escaping past the door gasket and unit ran perfectly.
🔍 Technician Findings
Located unit listed on WO. Unit was low on water. Ran unit through a cycle. Steam was coming out through the top and dripping down the sides of the unit.
