11/11 KKelch-Jesus emailed me letting me know they are still having issues, I included Midmark in on the thread and they are going to troubleshoot with the customer and has requested for us to keep this WO open in the mean time

🔧Work Performed
Pulled sides off of unit. Reseated door gasket.
Called Brian at tech support at Midmark. He told me that it was probably a door gaskeft.
Reseated door gasket and ran the unit through four cycles.
There was no more steam escaping past the door gasket and unit ran perfectly.
🔍Technician Findings
Located unit listed on WO. Unit was low on water.
Ran unit through a cycle.
Steam was coming out through the top and dripping down the sides of the unit.
