🔧 Work Performed
Arrived on site and consulted with the customer regarding the unit's operational fault. Diagnostics were initiated based on the reported issue, leading to the identification of an inoperative door motor as the root cause of the malfunction. A replacement door motor was subsequently ordered from Mismark to complete the necessary repair. 11/11 ADiaz: - investigated reported issue: unusual sound - confirmed reported issue: continuous clicking sound when powered on - discovered door motor in a continuous state of trying to engage motor causing sound - replaced door motor - performed multpile test cycles to confirm proper functionality. All tests passed - equipment restored to proper working condition - debriefed POC of findings and work performed.
