2/20 MOwens Called Michael Roberts back and he said he decided that they don't want to continue with the repair and to close the work order so they can be billed for the current charges.

2/19 MOwens Sending FSE back onsite to this location on 2/20 with arrival between 9-10am.

2/19/26 NatoshaB - Michael called me saying the repair from Tuesday was unsuccessful and they're 'back to square 1'. After charging the unit for most of the day after tech left the unit worked for a little while (said they barely used the cot it all day Wed), but it is not operating at all as of Thurs. Advised POC someone would be in touch w/him later today and f/u with MattB for assistance via Teams.


2/12 MOwens Called to speak to Michael Roberts. Left vm letting him know the tech would go onsite on Tues. 2/17 instead of 2/16 to complete the repair.

2/10 MOwens Michael Roberts called back and the visit is scheduled for the first available opening for the tech on 2/16 with arrival around 12pm.

2/9 MOwens Called to speak to Michael Roberts. He couldn't talk and he said he would call back on 2/10 between 8:30-9am to schedule the repair visit.

2/5/25 NatoshaB - Michael called to schedule this but transfer to MOwens unsuccessful. Updated WO w/Michaels phone #, please call to schedule: 757.342.2607
