Repaired Agilent Binary Pump.

Technician Findings
After completing pump maintenance under PM SO 6008029912, observed a leak from the Channel B pump head area and aerated solvent on the A line from the solvent selection valve. Found the leak originating from the mixing capillary fitting on Channel B. Replaced the mixing capillary, then identified a second leak at the fitting between the mixing capillary and the capillary to the pressure sensor. Replaced the capillary to the pressure sensor; no leaks observed afterward. To address the air bubbles, tightened all solvent inlet lines (A1, A2, B1, and B2) into the solvent selection valve and the A outlet line. After tightening, no further air bubbles were visible. Performed system pressure test and pump leak rate test at the pump outlet; both tests passed Agilent specifications.
