I arrived on location and found said unit. I found that cot was struggling going up I found parts that was broken or worn. I then used part # 6500-101-327 X16 half shell part # 6500-001-017 X1 sliders magnet 6500-001-123 X1Halls effect slider 6500-001-124 X2 sensor housing. Found part # 0038-574-000 X2 crest to crest springs broken . I then tighten and adjusted all necessary hardware. I then lubricated the unit to manufactures specification. I then cleaned and disinfected the unit and returned to service.
