🔧 Work Performed
Tech turned on the unit to record the readings, but the unit was not stabilizing properly. Tech began performing the preventive maintenance (PM) on the unit. After replacing the filters on the solenoid, tech found oil inside the unit and inspected the pump hose to determine if it was leaking from the pump. The oil was not coming from the pump. Tech advised the customer that the oil was leaking from the test port and recommended that the unit be shipped to headquarters for a full inspection and deep cleaning.
