11/5 KKelch called Penny to schedule for 11/7 between 12 and 2 pm, she asked for 11/10 between 9 and 11 am. Customer confirmed. Error code C983

11/05/2025 SRobinson- Called Penny Garcia, 1(361) 985-6111. Office is closed for lunch. Sending email to cathydulakmd@gmail.com with WO# and advising a coordinator will be reaching out to schedule. 

🔧 Work Performed
Pulled out manifold block and it was completely covered with rust and gunk. I cleaned it out the best that I could and ran a cycle. The unit completed the cycle. The customer informed me that they really didnt want to spend a lot of money on new parts, and that if i could clean it and help it to work they would be happy. I informed the customer that cleaning it could help the immediate issue, however, it could malfunction again at any time. Customer was ok with this.
🔍 Technician Findings
Located unit. Ran the unit through a cycle. It was giving a C573 code. I called Midmark and spoke with Jason. He and i discussed it and and determined that the manifold block was clogged and had to pull manifold block out and clean it.
