11/06/2025 JRolston - Called site POC, Lynette Chiabai @ (310) 592-6946. Voicemail only. Left detailed message advising her that dispatch has been received, no parts shipping at this time, and that Coordinators will call to schedule accordingly.
🔧Work Performed
Once arriving on site located POC and was escorted to the back where unit is located. Customer informed me of the issues occurring with unit and I began my troubleshooting. First removed both side panels to look at the internal parts of the unit. Did note that unit was placed on a tray but tray was not big enough so caused unit to tilt. When informing customer, they did state issue was occurring before the tray added. Tested water level sensor and found no issue at the sensor or board. Next cleaned sensor and did find door gasket to need replacement. Ran test cycle with current gasket and cycle did complete but water was coming from bottom of door due to rapid condensation of the steam. Replaced gasket and tested unit once more but no further issues found.
