🔧 Work Performed
11/10/2025 - JWD Located dental machine and confirmed issue. The scaler was unable to receive water from the handle due to a kink in the tubing coming from the tri-block. Cut the tubing and put back on the garb and placed the plastic gromitt back over it. Tested the scaler handpiece and water was flowing out correctly. Notified the POC that the issue has been resolved and placed the unit back in service.
