11/18 M. Bateman Per Midmark on 11/17 Closing WO with work performed.

11/7 MOwens Called and spoke to Nicole Hall. I offered the first available opening on next Tues. 11/11 with arrival between 10-11am She said that works for her. She will be onsite when the tech arrives. Tech does need to bring a ladder for the light repair.


11/07/2025 JRolston - Called site POC, Nicole Hall @ (803) 567-5568. Advised her that dispatch has been received, no parts shipping at this time, and that Coordinators will call to schedule accordingly.

🔧 Work Performed
11/11/25- EColon- Arrived onsite, checked in with front desk. Light does not illuminate. Found manual on midmark tech library. Using wiring diagram found that unit had no DC voltage which would cause unit not to turn on. Called midmark tech support and got part number for power supply. PN: 222-7200-02.
