11/7/25 SReich - Left a vm, gave her the WO # and told her someone would be reaching out to schedule.
🔧Work Performed
Arrived on site and i checked in with front desk asking for poc. Once escorted to unit, i found customer was conducting spore test. Waited for spore test to be completed and then removed door gasket cleaned and rotated gasket 180 degrees. Reinstalled door gasket and opened side panel of unit. Ran test cycles and found no unusual sounds. Did find slight water leaking from bottom of door. Informed customer they should order new door gasket.
