I just dispatched this SR to EMSAR. The part is shipping via UPS NDA and will be shipping tomorrow and should be arriving on Wednesday. They are needing service done this week if possible. If a tech is not available in the 24541 area, please reply to this email with an update. If a tech is available, please reach out to the customer to schedule and update dispatch.
