This WO was just closed today per email from Midmark as the manifold quoted was never approved and seems that facilities Corporate person in charge was on PTO last week so quote was never received and approved. Julie approved manifold and Midmark shipping out tomorrow. Julie scheduled repair for Tuesday 12/8/2025 with tech arrival between 8-10am. Julie 330-730-5919. removed from Closed to Re-schedule and scheduled.

11/20/2025 CRamen email from Midmark logged: A potential part may need to be ordered for this service request. We had to create a new estimate for the customer, and we are currently waiting on their approval to proceed. Please keep this SR open until the end of the day on 11/27/25 as we wait for their approval to order the part. Dispatch will reach out when we hear back from the customer.


11/13/2025 CRamen spoke with Jodi from Midmark and she was asking if this WO was re-opened and I relayed that It looks like it has been by Rhea. Jodi asked what time tech has put into rep[air thus far as parts quote for a manifold and labor of 2 additional hours for repair to be sent to customer for approval.
