12-4-25-MBRAC-DIAGNOSED THAT THE CHAIR NEEDED TWO FUSES THAT WERE BLOWN DUE TO A
POWER SURGE OF THE FACILITY. I REPLACED THE FUSES AND THE FACILITY PUT IN A GFI TO HELP WITH THE ISSUE. I RECOMENDED A GFI BREAKER ALSO. DID FUNCTIONAL TEST ON CHAIR AND PUT BACK IN SERVICE. MAIN PC BOARD I PUT IN MY TRUNK STOCK.
