12-4-25-MBRAC-DIAGNOSED THAT THE CHAIR NEEDED TWO FUSES THAT WERE BLOWN DUE TO A POWER SURGE OF THE FACILITY. I REPLACED THE FUSES AND THE FACILITY PUT IN A GFI TO HELP WITH THE ISSUE. I RECOMENDED A GFI BREAKER ALSO. DID FUNCTIONAL TEST ON CHAIR AND PUT BACK IN SERVICE. MAIN PC BOARD I PUT IN MY TRUNK STOCK. 11-20-25-MBRAC- EVALUATED 2 BLOWN 015-0346-40 FUSES. I DUE BELIEVE THERE IS A POWER SURGE TAKING PLACE AND ADDRESSED SITE TO PUT A GFI BREAKER DUE TO MULTIPLE BLOWN FUSES. MIDMARK IS SENDING 2 FUSES AND A 002-1747-00 BOARD ALSO
