Replaced main board. Installed the PM kit. Ran a test cycle to verify working.

Jason reached out via Teams. am on a non warranty Midmark M11 call. I used a PM kit from my trunk stock but midmark charged the customer and is sending a new one to my house. DO I still mark down that I used one or will that cause accounting issues?
Recommended adding part as customer supplied and to ensure replacement part is received.
