11/18 MOwens Called and spoke to Marlee. told her the parts should arrive today around 12pm. She will watch for them and have them ready for the tech when he arrives Tomorrow 11/19 between 10-11am.
11/17/25 AJinerson - WO went back into RFS w/ tracking info. No ETA yet as of 4:00PM EST.
11/17/2025 JRolston - Per email from Midmark, part shipped on UPS wb 1ZE444250170400741. ETA is Tuesday, 11/18. Updated WO accordingly. (UPS-Air-Next Day Air)
11/13 MOwens Called and spoke to Martha since Marlee was on a farm call. She said Tomorrow 11/14 with eta between 9-10am works for the repair visit.
11/13/25 AJinerson - Chatter to ASC in other service pod to see if Zone 2 tech available to cover this.
Our GA tech is a Zone 3 ( 2.5 hours 1 way).
11/13/25 SReich - Spoke to Betsy, gave her the WO # and told her someone would be reaching out to schedule.
🔧Work Performed
11/19/25- EColon- Arrived on-site, checked in with front desk and received parts. Drained reservoir, removed side panel and back panel of unit. Replaced air valve, then replaced the fill/vent valve. Reinstalled back panel of unit, and ran a wrapped cycle. unit showed no signs of steam or water leaking back into reservoir. Found no leaks coming from tubing, and Pressure was able to build up in unit. Unit was able to complete cycle successfully. Repair complete. Unit fully functional.
11/14/25- EColon- Arrived on-site, checked in with POC. Ran a unwrapped cycle, unit reached 215 degrees and only 5 psi. Checked reservoir and saw a small amount of water leaking from condensing coil spout, also found bubbles coming up from the fill line. Cleaned both but issue persisted. Called tech support, midmark sending out a fill/vent valve. Will need to return when parts arrive
