11/14/2025 JRolston - Called site POC, Cindy Munoz @ (323) 810-0770. Advised her that dispatch has been received, no parts shipping at this time, and that Coordinators will call to schedule accordingly.
🔧Work Performed
Arrived on site and checked in with security to log into vendor sign in sheet. Next spoke with front desk to have POC show me to unit. Customer i formed me of issues and after troubleshooting determined I/O harness was issues. Could not inspect hand control due to it not found by customer as superviosr had put it away when issues began. 12/2 replaced i/o harness and asked customer for hand control to test on table. After testing found issues with control Replaced pig table cable for hand control to solve issue. Unit tested and customer tested unit as well. Service complete
