🔧Work Performed
Evaluation
12/15/2025 CWomack- On the 6390, I removed the side covers and removed the release actuator. I then installed a new actuator. I then made sure the left and right latches tight. I then removed the transfer and removed the worn Tigger magnet and installed a new trigger mover magnet. I then inspected the bronze bearing and transfer lock plates and all were in good shape. I then removed the TPS sensor and installed the new TPS sensor. I then installed the springs and installed the new trolley stop ramp. Next, I replaced the broken Left and right wing covers. then I replaced the broken and worn Arm grips. I reassembled the Powerload. I loaded and cot and the cot loaded without any issues. I then released the cot without any issues. I function tested the unit and all passed. I returned the Powerload to service. NO TRAVEL CAHRGED
🔍Technician Findings
Found unit needing evaluation/ repair - units left latch not releasing cot - weak springs in latch causing lock to not release when triggered only a manual pull of release - trolley actuator assembly needs replaced per customer, system didn't exhibit trolley actuator fault while onsite - extension springs need replaced
12/15/2025 CWomack- On the 6390, I arrived and found that the cot was not releasing from the trolly when the third button was pushed on the cot. I then found that the trolly was not coming on when pulled out to the back of the truck would not communicate with the cot. I found that the TPS sensor was not functioning. I also found that the left and right wings covers were cracked and broken. The left and right arm grips were also damaged and worn. I then discovered that the trolley strop ramp was worn and the two springs were loose. I found that the mover trigger magnet was also worn.
