11/21/2025 LHill-Called 443) 545-7297 for Jessica Van Dyke. she was in a meeting. spoke with Sam and she advised that 12/2 with tech arrival between 1-3 will work.
11/20 MOwens Called to speak to Jessica. Left a vm for her to call back to schedule the repair visit. Sent email also.
11/19 MOwens Called to speak to Jessica Van Dyke. She was not available to answer the call. Left a msg for her to call back to schedule the repair visit.
11/18/2025 JRolston - Called site POC, Jessica Van Dyke @ (443) 545-7297. Advised her that dispatch has been received, and that Coordinators will call to schedule accordingly.
🔧Work Performed
the fill valve, vent valve, and the air valve were testes and working properly. all connections were tight and checked for leaks. the water level and temperature probe were tested and found to being working properly. 3 cycles were run without error. Midmark was called and the tech went over all the possibilities and we could not find any malfunctioning parts.

reported unit overheating. could not duplicate reported problem.
