🔧 Work Performed
Tech replaced the base and confirmed it is reaching 300 ohms on both sides at the metal plate. Completed two cycles on the unit, and it is working properly.
🔍 Technician Findings
Tech found the unit not working. After contacting Midmark support, it was determined that the board and base were not reaching the required 300Ω resistance, measuring only 100Ω on both sides at the metal plate. Midmark recommended replacing the base assembly, and since the unit is still under warranty, they placed the order.
