check gaskets for proper alignment, open the reservoir while running to see if there were any leaks during the cycle, and unit completed cycle, placed unit back together and ran another cycle with everything back together and unit completed cycle successfully. let customer know that the unit is not duplicating the error, and that I'm returning unit back to service
