🔧 Work Performed
On the Powerload. I removed the Powerload from the truck and inspected the transfer lock plate kit. I then removed the cover on the trolly and inspected all the wires and pieces. All were in good shape. I then replaced the trolly stop ram. I then replaced the wing covers and the left and right side covers. I then replaced the extended arm covers. I then replaced the left and right arm grips. I reinstalled the Powerload in the truck. I function tested the unit and all passed. I returned the unit to service. NO TRAVEL CHARGED.
🔍 Technician Findings
On the 6390, I arrived and found that the arm grips on the left and right were worn, and the upper arm covers were cracked and broken. I then discovered that the left and right wings covers were cracked. The trolly side covers were also cracked. the trolly stop ramp was worn and needing to be replaced.
