12/12/2025 LHill-sent TEAMS message to Matthew Bateman- WO-01317162 initial inspection at Three Rivers Behavioral Health LLC in West Mifflin, PA.. This will require an overnight stay. They have Joint commission coming in for audit as soon as next week per Scott Berry. I have tried calling the contacts at the location to see how much equipment they have for us to inspect but I had to leave voicemail. I see we have some inspections scheduled for the 18th & 19th. If customer calls back could we possibly move out those inspections and get him there at the end of next week. Is that an option?
